John McKenna
John McKenna is CIBA VISION’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. McKenna is a graduate of the DeGroote School of Business’s Commerce program at McMaster University. He also holds both CGA and CMA accounting designations.
Martin Filippides
Mr. Filippides is CIBA VISION's Global Head of Human Resources. He has a bachelor's degree from University College of Wales, and a master's from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom.
Henna Inam
Ms. Inam is CIBA VISION's Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer. She graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Business Administration, and has a Master’s of Business Administration from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Joe Doner
Joe Doner is Head of CIBA VISION’s Global Supply Chain. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana and has taken graduate courses at Southeastern Missouri University.
MK Raheja
Manohar (MK) Raheja, Ph.D., is Global Head, Research, Development & Engineering for CIBA VISION. Dr. Raheja has a bachelor's of science degree from Bombay University in India. He also earned a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Boston University.
Francesco Balestrieri
Francesco Balestrieri is President of the CIBA VISION's North America Region. Mr. Balestrieri holds a degree in Economics from the University of Venice.
